It is a common problem at all construction sites that physical stock does not tally with the book value of major materials. Sometimes the difference becomes so large that it becomes very difficult to salvage the situation and no explanation is sometimes available with the execution team for these shortcomings. JMRR does physical stock verification of all major material regularly as per the schedule fixed in QAP, and timely intimate the owners regarding any discrepancies, rather than come to a situation when the difference becomes huge and unexplainable. This also helps in increase of productivity.
